Cornzal Training and Consulting Services is a small RTO providing advice and services to businesses wanting to further assess and develop the current skills and knowledge of their team and/or workforce. Our thorough and personalised approach allows CORNZAL to work in partnership with your business comprehensively addressing your priorities.
Business Services
All of our Business Services will be delivered after Cornzal provides your business with a 1 hour, no obligation free session to ensure the service is right for you and your business.
Business ‘Health Check’
A ‘Business Health Check’ will give your business an overall snapshot of its current position in relation to areas including Financial Management and Planning, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Management to name a few.
Strategic Planning
Our strategic planning sessions will allow you to plan for a 1, 3 or 5 year plan specifically in line with your business goals and objectives.
Employee Skills Analysis (TNA)
An Employee Skills Analysis will align your employee’s current skills with their Position Description and or accountabilities and identify any skills gaps or areas for improvement.
Administrative Services
As well as training we conduct in house, Cornzal offers Administrative Services for a small fee to businesses that may not have the time to organise other compliance training for their business. For this fee Cornzal will look into training available, pricing and dates etc. in line with your business needs as well as organising the enrolment process, sending out reminders and keeping a database for your business with all details of the training. We will also contact you for refreshers due after the initial training.
